At Focalpoint we love all things birds & nature-related & we love the enthusiasm that children have for birds. During the lockdown, parents have been tasked to home school whilst trying to juggle household chores and work commitments too! It occurred to our team that we could help With Focalpoint team member Pauls help (#docbirderpaul) we have come up with a fun way for the kids to engage with nature and keep them occupied and focused whilst you attend to other things. Welcome to the Focalpoint Paint a Bird Project Group.

Simply post your images in this group so we can see the fruits of the hard work put in, up to three images can be posted and youngsters up to the age of 16 can enter. Your images don't have to be to Tony Hart standard and as long as its an image of a bird seen recently in the UK you're in with a chance 🤞
You can also send your images by email to yvonnesipad2@me.com or post them on our Facebook page or on social media with the #focalpointpaintabird 😊
We will run this fun project throughout February and every few weeks we will select a couple of images that stood out to us and the artists will be rewarded with A Celestron Birders Kit with Focalpoints compliments 👍
