The Lady Rover Ventile Jacket is the ladies version of our highly popular Rover Jacket. Made from a double layer of Ventile, it offers the ultimate in protection from the wind and rain, whilst also being durable, comfortable and quiet. It is the perfect choice for bad weather hiking, birdwatching, wildlife watching or general country pursuits.
Ventile was developed during the war for fighter pilot suits due to it's natural ability to repel the cold and wet. If the pilot was forced to eject into the icy waters, it would keep him alive longer, thus increasing life expectancy among aircrew. It is 100% cotton fabric and is not reliant upon coatings/laminations so will outlast it's manmade counterparts by many years.
