Focalpoint Rewards are available on all Focalpoint products.

You MUST be a registered website member and logged in.

(We advise becoming a member and logging in before making a purchase.)

Points are then automatically added to your REWARDS Account whenever you make a purchase or perform a Rewards Action, and you can view and redeem your Focalpoints any time you visit the website. 

Simply login as a member on the website on your PC, Tablet, or Smartphone, and your REWARDS can be viewed by clicking on the rewards launcher bottom left of the screen.

Points can be earned and redeemed in many ways and are collectible, redeemable, and transferable. 

NB: If you make a purchase instore (at the showroom) simply login to the website when you get a few minutes and open a chat (bottom right of the screen) and a team member will add the points to your account when you quote you're till receipt number).

"Cashing Out" your points for real cash is easy too! Simply purchase a Gift Card from our website from any of the UK's Gift Card retailers (M&S, John Lewis, Love 2 Shop, Argos, Halfords, Waitrose, etc, etc) and simply use your points to pay in full or in part for the gift card. Simple :)  You must purchase the Gift Card via our website in order to use your Focalpoints.

You can "gift" your points to anyone by following the same process, or you can purchase a Focalpoint Gift Card and we will add 10% as a thank you from Focalpoint.

Focalpoint Rewards are awarded in addition to any other supplier promotion running at the time of purchase making Focalpoint Rewards a great way to maximize a promotion from a supplier.

You may also earn Focalpoint Rewards for recommending a friend, Your Rewards Panel contains a unique link for you to share that will not only give the user of that link a discount but will also earn you extra Focalpoints! So spread the word :) 

Rewards can also be earned for contributing to the Focalpoint Community, If you write a blog or manage a group or contribute reviews, for example, you will be rewarded with Focalpoints. 

Please note that Focalpoints will not be visible until you have completed a purchase or performed an action! They will show up in your Rewards Panel once a purchase has been made or an action performed. 

Also be aware that if you make a purchase and then the purchase is reversed, an adjustment will be automatically made to your Rewards Points. If you have "Cashed Out" your points prior to the reversal the equivalent points cash value will be retained by Focalpoint from any refund due to you.

You must notify us of a Return within 7 days of receiving your item/items by visiting our Returns Portal and requesting a return, once approved you must return your item within 7 days.

We strongly recommend you use our Prepaid Return Courier and that you insure your return against loss or damage as we accept no liability for items returned damaged or that are lost.

Provided your return qualifies, is within the "Cooling Off" Period and is returned in a satisfactory condition your return will be processed in line with all current Consumer Rights Regulations.

 We understand sometimes things go wrong or you change your mind and you may need to return an item.

With just a few clicks our Returns Portal will find your order details and guide you through the return process in under 60 seconds.

Once we have your order details and you have selected your return reason and selected our prepaid label or your own courier, our system will take over and keep you updated of the progress of your return from Courier Acceptance to Delivery to our Returns Department, to your final resolution (Exchange, Repair, Upgrade or Full/Partial Refund).

All you need to do is parcel up your item in secure packaging and follow the instructions provided.
